Executive Chef James Mazzio brings his worldly view of modern rustic cuisine to Studio F to launch our unique culinary entertainment house. You may have enjoyed one of our recent Pop-Up Restaurants with Chefs Charles Dale, Jenna Johansen or Ian Kleinman but you will rave about Chef Mazzio as he has put together a menu sure to make your mouth water using tantalizing flavors in savory dishes that will explode with flavor when you taste them. Chef Mazzio (or James) lifelong dream was to have a restaurant that allows the diners to get up close and watch the action in Studio F’s open kitchen so that you get a feel for the food as it is prepared, just like he did with his Grandma. James will bring a new seasonal menu changing monthly to accommodate the seasons crops so you get to experience the flavors of the seasons.
